It is Kendall Shifflers job to market Lower Oak Lawn to the rest of the city and the world. Instead of billboards and traditional media, shes using social media and blogs to make that happen. Lead Generation Singapore – How to Attract More Customers with Video Marketing

Posted on: November 4th, 2012 by Robin Carlisle No Comments

Visit leadsgenerationsingapore.com for more lead generation tips and techniques. How to Attract More Customers with Video Marketing Video marketing is one of the easiest ways to attract new customers. You dont have to be an ace filmmaker; just make some short, simple videos and upload them to YouTube and other video websites. Videos are effective because they give you the chance to show, and not just tell, people about your business. The best videos for marketing an offline business arent selling anything at all. Theyre not like the local advertisements or late-night infomercials that tell you, Call Now! Operators are standing by! Instead, they provide information that people can use and they brand you as a great source of this information. Tips from the Pros The easiest and most effective videos for you to make are quickies that offer your customers tips and advice. For example, if youre a service professional, give them a quick how-to on fixing something around the house. A cleaning service can make short videos with advice on carpet cleaning. A moving company can demonstrate how to pack boxes well and get organized for the move. For you, this is easy. Just share a little bit of your expertise and knowledge. For viewers of your videos, its powerful. They not only get the help they need, but also see you as an expert. The next time they need services, youre the one theyre going to call. Using Your Services Another great idea for making videos is to teach people <b>…<b>

Antiquing with Your Best Friend – Extreme Antiquing at Flea Markets

Posted on: October 31st, 2012 by Robin Carlisle No Comments

stores.ebay.com Its fun to shop for antiques – and junk – at flea markets. Under all that junk and grunge lurks a treasure just waiting for you. Learn tips to make your flea market sojourn more relaxing and more fun. You can find interesting pieces combed from local estate sales. And you can find junk. We went flea marketing for elegant and depression glass and bought Fostoria Holly candle holders, Fostoria Virginia etched creamer and sugar set that is almost 90 years old, a Fostoria Lido cake plate, Manhattan clear candle holder and Cambridge Caprice creamer and sugar. Fostoria Lido etch is one of my favorite patterns and we found a cake plate! It was gray with dirt but washed up nice. With cake plates you might find lots of wear under all the dirt instead of pretty crystal. There are a couple short scratches but thats all. All these were dirty and shoved on a table that overflowed with china, glass and knicknacks. The Virginia were behind junky fake swords and the Lido hid behind Indiana Constellation torte plate. You have to be willing to gamble a bit when you go to the flea market. Sellers there dont warranty anything and you can find fakes and stuff thats badly damaged. Going to the flea market is not the way to amass a collection but it is a way to have some fun! Our store is Catladykates Vintage Elegant and Depression Glass where we too enjoy vintage glass and the lovely depression era patterns and colors. Glass is memories and we know how special it is to you <b>…<b>
