Music Marketing – The right way – How do I get my music heard?
lorenweisman.com – artistsguide.net – Promoting your music – The right way – How do I get my music heard? LW Music Consulting YouTube Video. The music marketing 101 basics: When it comes down to answering the question: How do I get my music heard and promoting your music the right way, when you are handing out, sending out or requesting music industry professionals or fans alike to listen, the answer can be a challenge. Vince Cirino and I talk a little about promoting your music by handing off cds along with the best and worst ways to hand off your materials with Rod Kim shooting the video. Vince has one of the best business cards out there. It is a ticket stub with all his information. It stands out in a professional and yet fun way. Also as someone that got one of his cards, when I brought it home, I immediately knew it was his and made sure to enter his information in to my contact list. It is a mix of the marketing items as music as the way you approach someone in person. be confident, be respectful, be the salesman, but be aware of all the others that are selling the same thing. Hence, music marketing. You have to make sure you are marketing your music by creating an interesting music marketing approach to get those people to listen. A simple hand off and saying "heres my cd" is not the best approach. As a music consultant, I have heard the spectrum of pitches when it comes to an artist soliciting a listen. The most memorable are the artists that make an effort to <b>…<b>

Delivering the message through social media promotion of your content.
lorenweisman.com – tag2nd.com – Delivering the message through social media promotion of your content. LW Music Consulting YouTube Video. Delivering the Message. Whether you are an independent artist or an independent business owner, it is all about delivering the message about your shop, your product, your music or what ever it is that you are trying to share. The big difference in your success getting that message out with the internet and all the social media sites, comes down to how you deliver the message that you want to today and how to turn that delivery in to new fans, new customers and effective followers. Social media promotion is at the root of the marketing that every one should be doing, but it goes further than that. Like music marketing, you cannot just put up one song, one picture and one blog. Delivering the message in the most effective way requires ongoing, updating and consistent content to build recognition and a larger fan or customer base. A good reputation can come from consistent posts where you share about your business, different elements, ideas and concepts on a regular basis. This ongoing upload of content will not only help get the word out, but it will help get that reputation out and showcase your abilities, your strengths along with your sounds, your services or your products. As a college speaker who is spending a great deal of time with audiences in and now out of just music, I keep yelling that content is king and the organization you <b>…<b>
